Notes	The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from contractors interested in being an on-call nuisance abatement service provider within the City limits of St. Joseph. A prebid meeting will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in the 1 st Floor Conference Room at City Hall, Room 103. Representatives of the City and Code Enforcement Division will be available to answer any questions contractors may have. Bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system as it helps to expedite the bidding process and alleviate errors. No paper, emailed, or faxed submissions will be accepted. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City of St. Joseph is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
