RFB ERO LIB #80-F-2-25/26 - 2025 Hot Mix Asphalt Paving - 2
Full depth reclamation of existing pavement; milling of existing pavement; placement of hot mix asphalt base and surface courses; construction of driveway tie-ins, adjusting and rebuilding of inlets, manholes and valve boxes, Installing new storm drain pipes and inlets; filling of shoulder drop-offs; stabilization of disturbed areas; maintenance of traffic; and all incidental work as indicated in the Specifications or in the Special Provisions on the roadways as identified within this Invitation for Bids. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. Bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the Project. Pre-qualification forms shall be submitted at least fifteen (15) days before bid opening. Application forms are available for download from the Bureau of Engineering webpage. Contact the Bureau of Engineering at (410) 386-2157 with any questions concerning the status of your firm’s pre-qualification submittal. All Questions must be posted to Public Purchase by August 14, 2025 by 4:30 pm EST.
