NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Education of the Jurupa Unified School District (“District”) will

receive Requests for Proposals (“RFP”) for a scalable fiber-optic based Internet Services for RFP No. 25-26-

09TE – Jurupa USD High Speed Internet Services (E-Rate Year 29).

All prospective proposers are required to register with PlanetBids,

https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/60604/portal-home, at no cost to the proposer, to access the RFP. The

proposal in the form specified in the RFP must be received, via PlanetBids, no later than December 17, 2025

at 2:00 P.M. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their proposal is submitted on time. The

District is not responsible if the proposal is not received by the due date.

Any requests for information (RFIs) must also be submitted via Planet Bids by December 5, 2025 at 2:00 P.M.

Any RFIs or bids submitted outside of the Planet Bids platform will not be reviewed.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference will take place on December 1, 2025 at 2:00

P.M. at the following location: JUSD District Office – Board Room, 4850 Pedley Road, Jurupa Valley, CA

92509.



The Board of Education of the Jurupa Unified School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all

bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids and/or process, to be sole judge as to the merit, quality, and

acceptability of services and/or materials proposed and its compliance to the specifications, and to not

necessarily accept the lowest priced bid of any offered if it is in the best interest of the District.

Bidders may not withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the submittal of bids.

and terms and conditions are considered one complete component and cannot be altered in any way.
