The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the HVAC equipment

replacements at Fire Station No. 6.

A mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held at Fire Station #6, located at 610 University Drive

East, College Station, Texas at 2:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, January 15th, 2025. This meeting is

mandatory. Attendance is required for a bid to be accepted.

Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CT, Wednesday, January 29th, 2025. After which they will be opened and read aloud. No late bids will be accepted.

Questions and inquiries about this bid should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature

available online via the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding Portal”). The deadline for

submitting written requests is Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025 @ 2:00 PM., CT.
