NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract DUPAGE COUNTY CONTINUUM OF CARE COORDINATED ENTRY SYSTEM EVALUATION 25-112-CS on or before Month October 1, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County Community Services is accepting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct an evaluation, solicit feedback from stakeholders, and provide recommendations to improve the DuPage County Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System (CES) which connects people experiencing homelessness to housing programs using clear prioritization criteria, while also honoring client choice and ensuring providers assist each household in securing housing.
