Description: Paradise Irrigation District (District) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to evaluate, update, and revise the District’s existing Emergency Response Plan (ERP) to ensure compliance with the America’s Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA), applicable federal and state regulations, and current industry best practices. The District has completed a Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) in accordance with the America’s Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA). The selected consultant shall utilize the completed RRA, evaluate the District’s existing Emergency Response Plan and related emergency planning documents, and prepare an updated ERP that satisfies AWIA certification requirements and serves as a practical operational document for District staff.
