Project Description: The City of Tallahassee is requesting SOQs from firms with expertise and experience in providing professional and administrative services to implement and manage Round III of Griffin Heights Housing Rehab Grant Program. Responding agencies are expected to have considerable experience, qualifications, and expertise in working with homeowners/property owners to rehabilitate/repair their homes. The vendor, under contract with the City, will manage the implementation of the Program.
