The City of St. Marys will host an optional pre-bid meeting and inspection of the subject

property on Tuesday December 16th from 1:00-3:00pm EST. This will be a drop-in style

opportunity for interested parties to tour the facility, take pictures, and conduct a visual

inspection of the condition of the building. This will not be an opportunity to engage in

negotiations with staff or to conduct invasive inspections of structures, systems etc. This

meeting is optional and participation is not a pre-requisite for submitting a bid proposal.
