The work shall also include thereplacement of handicap curb ramps, curb, deteriorated sidewalk, minor base repair at directed locations and catchbasin reconstruction within the project limits.ADDRESS FOR SUBMITTING BIDS: Town of Harrison, 318 Harrison Avenue, Harrison, NJ 07029ENGINEER’S NAME AND ADDRESS:Department of Engineering & ConstructionTown Hall, 401 Warren Street, Harrison, NJ 07029At.: Rocco Russomanno Phone: 973.268.2446EXAMINATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS:Contract Documents may be examined Monday through Friday, except legal holiday, from 9:00AM to 4:00PM, only atthe office of the Town Clerk at the address set forth above.OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS:Contract Documents may be obtained electronically or from the office of the Town Clerk or hardcopies may be pickedup at the address and hours set forth above. Hard copies require a payment of Fifty dollars ($50.00 Cost in Cash orCheck) for each set of Contract Documents. No refunds will be made.BID SECURITY:Bid Security is required in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not inexcess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00)CONSENT OF SURETY:Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor forperformance required under the Contract Documents.BID SUBMISSION PROCEDURES:Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form contained in the Contract Documents and must be enclosed in a sealedenvelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of project and the name and address of the Bidder.
