Description: Lincoln County is requesting that qualified firms and organizations submit a Statement of Qualifications to provide professional engineering and surveying services in the following areas: On-Call Geotechnical Engineering On-Call Solid Waste Engineering On-Call Surveying On-Call Utility Engineering On-Call Building Commissioning Services Submittal information, scope of services, statement of qualifications content, selection process, and general terms and conditions are summarized in this request for qualifications. Firms are not required to submit for all services requested and may only submit for services the firm is licensed and registered to perform. A firm will not be considered unless the following minimum requirements are met: Firm must be properly registered with the Office of the Secretary of State of North Carolina, if applicable; and Firm must be properly registered with the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors. Statements of qualifications shall be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 01, 2025.
