The City is requesting statements of qualification (SOQ) for planning services to create a Benson Corridor 20-Minute Neighborhood Plan and an associated guide to implementation. This agreement will be for approximately 29 months in duration, starting in July 2026 and ending in December 2028, with the option for the City to extend it for additional time and money if necessary.

Proposals shall be delivered and received, to the City Clerk’s Office, 220 Fourth Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032-5895, no later than 3:00 p.m. (PST) on May 22, 2026.
