Description: The City of Gahanna, Ohio, (City) requests the submission of proposals from qualified firms capable of satisfying the City’s needs for construction manager at risk services for flood mitigation and plaza improvements of Creekside. This project   includes the programming and redesign of the existing plaza and multiuse trail that runs along the Big Walnut Creek and the flood mitigation of the subterranean parking structure located below the Creekside Plaza and structures. The existing plaza will be redesigned and renovated for the following functional areas: Public & Private Flood Mitigation, Trail Improvements, Upper Plaza, Lower Plaza, and Streetscape. The flood mitigation of the parking structure will be performed at the same time as improvements are being made to the other functional areas.
