The Housing Services Department (HSD) of the City of Fairfield desires to award a contract to the best qualified Construction Manager, hereinafter referred to as “Proposer” to assist the department in managing the design and construction processes in its Housing Rehabilitation and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) programs.

RFP submissions are due by 4:00 p.m. on July 17, 2025.

Proposals may be submitted to Miesha Garnett, Management Analyst II, at hs-submissions@fairfield.ca.gov.
