returned unopened to the supplier

Please refer to the attached sheets for Instructions & Information.

Proposals must be submitted on the form(s) provided and signed by an

authorized representative in ink in the proper spaces. Vendors are

cautioned to read this entire document carefully and to prepare and

submit their Proposal providing all requested information in accordance

with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

RFP #5066ME, Natural Gas Supply Contract, Addendum #1, Questions

and Answers:

1. Can CSU please confirm an indication of when award will take place: Late Spring, 2026.

2. Regarding Section 3. Renewal; termination. If in the event the University terminates the

agreement for convenience, can CSU please confirm that supplier may assess liquidated

damages for any sellback losses incurred? TBD.

3. Can CSU please confirm that any additional accounts added during the contract term will be

priced at a mutually agreed-upon rate? Confirmed.

4. Can CSU please confirm whether deleted or closed accounts are subject to liquidated

damages? Not subject to liquidated damages.

5. Can CSU please confirm that pricing for any contract extension will be mutually agreed

upon? Yes.

6. Should there be any change in law, tariffs, or regulations that alters suppliers cost to

serve, can CSU confirm that suppliers are allowed to pass through the adjustment? TBD.

7. Regarding Section 9. Miscellaneous - Bidder requests that standard mail be an acceptable

form of delivery for Notices TBD.
