Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified firms for the engineering and construction of a structural concrete pad for the installation of two (2) new art pieces, called 3 Totems and the Gate of Inspiration, within the City. The vendor will assume full responsibility for delivering a turnkey installation, starting with the engineering and design phase and concluding with site restoration upon the completed statue installation.
