The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Update Attachment 2 - Performance Work Statement

2. Include Attachment 5 - Questions and Answers

3. Include Attachment 6 - Base Map Set

4. Include Attachment 7 - Quantities

5. Extend the solicitation closing date to 4 August 2026 at 12:00PM PST.

6. Update dates for the Period of Performance.

*** Notice to interested parties concerning amendments 0001,0002 and 0003. The Solicitation closing date has been extended to allow the Government to develop maps/floor plans and adequately answer submitted questions. A future amendment will be issued to incorporate the requested information. ***

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W50S8X26QA016 is issued as a Request for Quotation for janitorial services in support of 129th Rescue Wing at Moffett Field Air National Guard Base.
