Bids will be received for the following:CONTRACT NO. 1: ROOF REPLACEMENT AT LACEY TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOLC068 – ROOFING – MEMBRANE MODIFIED BITUMEN – OR –C009 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION/ALTER. & ADDITIONSCONTRACT NO. 2: RTU REPLACEMENT AT LACEY TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOLC032 – HVACR – OR –C009 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION/ALTER. & ADDITIONSCONTRACT NO. 3:VERTICAL UNIT VENTILATOR REPLACEMENT AT LACEY TOWNSHIP HIGHSCHOOLC032 – HVACR – OR –C009 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION/ALTER. & ADDITIONSThe Bid Documents have been prepared by Settembrino Architects with an office at 37 E Washington Avenue,Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716. Bid documents may be obtained directly from the office of the architect, afterApril 14, 2026, as an electronic PDF document only, by emailing the company name, contact info, phone, faxand email address to cgato@settembrino.com.A strongly recommended, but not required pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Monday, April 20, 2026, at2:30 pm on site at 73 Haines Street, Lanoka Harbor, NJ 08734No bid will be accepted that does not conform to the Specifications. Bids shall be submitted and must be made onstandard proposal forms in the manner designated by these Specifications. Bids are to be submitted as follows: handdelivery, U.S. Mail, UPS, Federal Express, or similar courier service. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60)days from the opening of the bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by the following:1. Proposal Form and Proposal Form AffidavitThe required Form of Proposal and Affidavit are provided in this Project Manual. Failure to submit this completedForm will result in the disqualification of the bid.2. A NOTICE OF CLASSIFICATION from DPMC, as issued by the State of New Jersey, Department ofTreasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC).b. Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts, DPMC Form 701.c. Contractor or Trade License required under applicable New Jersey Law for any trade or specialty area inwhich the Bidder or subcontractor(s) will perform work.d.
