Summary

The Town of Fountain Hills (the “Town”) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (this “IFB”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) as more particularly described in the Scope of Work . In accordance with the Town’s Procurement Code, the Town will accept sealed bids for the Goods/Services specified in the Scope of Work .

Background

The Cottonwoods Maintenance District was formed by the Town of Fountain Hills Town Council in 1999 for the expressed purpose of maintaining the common perimeter landscaping and wall. The Cottonwoods Maintenance District invites qualified vendors to submit bids for annual landscape maintenance services. The selected vendor will provide services for areas along Saguaro Blvd., Grande Blvd., and Del Cambre Ave., as specified in the Scope of Work. The term of the agreement will be from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
