Description: The City of San Bruno (the “City”) will receive sealed bids on the proposal forms furnished by the City and in accordance with the plans and specifications on or before Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 2:00PM by the Office of the City Clerk, located at 567 El Camino Real, San Bruno, California 94066, for the following public work. Project Descriptions Pacific Heights Pathways asphalt loops within Pacific Heights Park at 3160 Longview Drive. The path is roughly a 1/5-mile loop around the park grounds that include play area, baseball diamond, and basketball court; it is used year-round by residents and non-residents, alike. For the purpose of this bid, Pacific Heights Park has been separated into upper and lower park. Sections of these pathways are in disrepair due to root intrusion or settling. Segments of the pathways are in need of removal and reinstallation while other areas need to be crack sealed. The work includes, but is not limited to preparation of existing pathways, remove and repaving area with asphaltic concrete, crack fill and seal, shifting of pathway where necessary and installation of root barriers where necessary. All work items shall be constructed in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Bidding Documents contain the full description of the Work.
