Project: Condenser Water Loop Investigation, Leak Detection & System Restoration

Scope of Work:
Furnish the labor, materials and equipment to perform the following scope of work:
Remove (1) Armstrong condenser water pump, and replace with new Taco brand pump equivalent.
· Disconnect and remove existing pump.
· Furnish and install (1) Taco Vertical Inline pump and motor, serving condenser water system.
· Re-connect condenser piping connections,
· Start-up and checkout new pump operation.
· Pump lead time is (4) weeks for delivery.
· All trip and travel are included
Notes and Clarifications:
· All work to be completed during regular business hours. M-F, 8-4 pm.
· Price does not include any service or repairs to tower systems, if required.
