Description:	Rerouting the alignment of the Sludge Force Main pipe from the waste water treatment plant to the drying beds at Biosolids. The new alignment will keep the force main pipe out of a future wetland mitigation area. This project includes the installation of approximately 7,950 LF of HDPE DR11 14" Pipe (DIPS).
