The purpose of this solicitation for Class 412
Equipment Trailers (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a
vendor to provide four (4) 40,000 lb. Equipment Trailers and one (1) 16,000 lb.
Tilt Equipment Trailer as described in this Solicitation (the "Work")
and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to
pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. Units must be tested and delivered
to JEA Fleet Facility (5717 New Kings Road Jacksonville, Florida 32209) in
complete operational condition, with all required equipment, certifications,
registrations and documentation by the date specified per awarded contract.
