Notes	The City of Upper Arlington Police Division ("Division") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive uniform, duty equipment, customization, and uniform program management services for sworn personnel. The Division seeks a vendor capable of providing not only authorized uniform and equipment items, but also the administrative infrastructure necessary to support efficient ordering, inventory management, specification maintenance, employee outfitting, and ongoing customer service. The Vendor must provide a secure online ordering platform specifically designed to support uniform and equipment purchasing programs. A sample screenshot of the system must be included with the bid submission. Vendors may be required to provide a demonstration of their online ordering systems to Department staff.
