Notes	NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lauderhill Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking sealed proposals for the following: RFP NUMBER: 2026- 032 WINGATE PLAZA, PHASE B & C – STOREFRONT RENOVATIONS (RE- BID) The Lauderhill Community Redevelopment Agency will accept sealed proposals until 1:45 P.M. EST on April 09, 2026, submitted electronically via IonWave at: https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ Proposals received after 1:45 P.M. EST will not be considered. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain proposals from qualified General Contractors to complete storefront renovations at: WINGATE PLAZA 1249–1281 NW 31ST AVENUE, Lauderhill, Florida 33311 (Broward County) All work shall be completed in a professional and timely manner in accordance with the Scope of Work. The full Scope of Work will be available beginning March 12, 2026, via IonWave at the link provided above. Vendors obtaining solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation package may be incomplete. All addenda will be issued and distributed through IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department. Advertised: March 12, 2026 and March 19, 2026
