REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Construction Management Consulting Services

The City of Bryant is seeking qualified construction management firms to provide professional services on annual contract basis, including support for the expansion of the City's wastewater treatment plant and other construction management needs. Firms should submit a Statement of Qualifications in the required format outlined in the RFQ.

Submission Deadline:
Monday, January 5, 2026 - 9:00 AM

Submit five (5) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in a sealed envelope marked:
"RFQ FOR ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES"

Qualifications will be reviewed privately. Selected firms may be asked to provide supplemental information or participate in interviews before final selection. The City may award the contract to one or multiple firms based on qualifications and project needs.

Scope of Services May Include:

• Construction management for the City's wastewater treatment plant expansion
• Additional construction management services as required

Evaluation Criteria:

• Relevant specialized experience and technical competence
• Capacity and capability to meet project timelines
• Past performance, cost control, quality of work, and scheduling reliability
• Proximity to and familiarity with the Bryant area

The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, request clarification, negotiate terms, and make awards in the City's best interest.
