The City of Evans invites engineering and design consulting firms to submit their qualifications to provide On-Call Engineering services.
Submissions shall be submitted in PDF format to BidNet before 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) on Friday April 3, 2026.
Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:30 PM Mountain Time, on Thursday March 19, 2026, via Microsoft Teams. Project ObjectivesThe City of Evans, CO is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide on-call generalengineering services to supplement the City's engineering department capabilities. TheCity of Evans, CO requires professional engineering support to maintain continuity ofservices for development review, permit processing, project management, and variousengineering functions essential to municipal operations.II. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAll companies submitting a response must be a qualified company and must be able tomeet all requirements as noted in the contract documents and specifications. Theconsulting firm shall agree not to refuse to hire, discharge, promote, demote or todiscriminate in matters of compensation against any person otherwise qualified, solelybecause of race, religion, creed, color, sex, national origin, ancestry, or physical ormental disability.III.
