Pre Bid Conference: Bulletin Desc: The City of Long Beach Department of Public Works is seeking to procure rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs), pedestrian signage, and perforated square signposts.  The RRFBs will be installed at uncontrolled, marked crosswalks to enhance pedestrian visibility and improve driver awareness, thereby promoting safer street crossings throughout the City.
