Electronic bids will be received by the BOARD OF EDUCATION, City School District of Columbus, Ohio, Office of
Capital Improvements (via Public Purchase), until Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM and will be opened and
posted publicly to the District website immediately thereafter for the Auditorium & Gymnasium Upgrades at Multiple
Sites, according to the plans and specifications, dated January 19, 2026, prepared by DLR Group. The estimated Base
Bid cost for materials and labor at Auditorium & Gymnasium Upgrades at Hilltonia MS is $1,575,000.00. The estimated
Base Bid cost for materials and labor at Auditorium & Gymnasium Upgrades at Marion Franklin HS is $1,925,000.00
Plans and Specifications may be secured at the bidder’s expense plus shipping costs from Franklin Imaging, 500
