Project Description: Forsyth County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (“County”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide all aspects of commissioning services for various capital projects. The service shall be provided for the calendar years 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030. Included in this solicitation are three (3) proposed task orders that represent upcoming needs for commissioning services. Firms are requested to submit individual pricing for each task order as part of their response.
