TheContractor and all Subcontractors shall have valid North Carolina General Contractor’s Licensesfor the type and value of the work to be performed.The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwisespecified, for the renovation of existing laboratory space to allow for the complete and operableinstallation of:Laboratory equipment to analyze for PFAS and other trace compounds at the Jones FerryRoad Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in Carrboro, NC and all associated appurtenances asdescribed in the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings.The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required.Beginning on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, the Contract Documents will be on file in the in theAdministrative Offices, 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, North Carolina.
