Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase additional Dell Memory for District's servers, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). The District is a member of NCPA’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220. NCPA issued Request for Proposal Solicitation No. 12-22 requesting competitive responses for Systems and Information Management Software and awarded a contract to EC America. District will purchase additional Dell Memory for District's servers from IVOXY Consulting Inc., a local authorized dealer for EC America, for the sum of $10,839.36. Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from EC America through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist at DuffeK@cleanwaterservices.org no later than Feburary 14, 2025.
