COUGAR CREEK 3 ENHANCEMENT PROJECT DESIGN

It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor this site prior to proposal submission, in case additional information, which may be pertinent to the proposal is provided.

General Information:

Clark County Public Works is seeking contracted project planning, engineering design, and permitting services to complete an engineering Design Report, produce ninety (90) percent PS&E, and secure necessary permits for the Cougar Creek 3 Enhancement project.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A pre-submittal meeting will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 10:00 am, via Microsoft Teams. Interested proposers shall email Jeff Schnabel at jeff.schnabel@clark.wa.gov to request the meeting invite.
