ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO

Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 10:30am. local time, on Thursday, December 11, 2025 for

DPW Project 25113 IESDB, Campus Sidewalk Replacement & Classroom Emergency Exit

Wheelchair Access, Idaho School for Deaf and Blind, Gooding, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include constructing emergency access

sidewalks for classrooms, replacing the existing sidewalk brick edging with detectable surfaces, and

replacing the sidewalk, curb, and gutter along 14th Avenue E. at the Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind in

Gooding, Idaho.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, beginning at 10:30 a.m.,

prevailing local time, at the Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind, 1450 Main St, Gooding, ID 83330. Bidders

are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and

electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain

documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $230,000
