The following changes/clarifications/additions have been added for the above captioned project. All provisions

of the original Drawings and Specifications shall remain in force, except as specifically modified or changed

herein, or by other Addenda. All addenda shall be acknowledged by the Bidder on the Cost Proposal form.

Clarifications

This addendum serves as an update to the previously issued bid documents for the above-referenced

project.

The original solicitation document did not list an address to drop off bids. Please drop off sealed bids at the
