Description:

Saddleback Valley Unified School District (SVUSD) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform District-wide kitchen/food services HVAC and grease exhaust upgrades at all 26 school sites. This project is funded through Food Services and aims to improve kitchen ventilation, climate control, and operational safety. The District intends to award a contract to the contractor demonstrating the best combination of experience, technical approach, schedule, and cost.

Job Walk / Conference:

Monday, March 30, 2026 at 2:00pm: Interested bidders are required to meet at Mission Viejo High School, 25025 Chrisanta Dr Mission Viejo 92691 at
2pm. From there we will go to La Paz Intermediate School, 25151 Pradera Dr Mission Viejo 92691 followed by Linda Vista Elementary School, 25222 Pericia Dr Mission Viejo 92691. Bidders are required to attend the entire job walk through all school sites listed herein.
