RFP#2025-06 Construction of High Voltage Substation

The APDC is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the construction of a high voltage (HV) substation at the Port of Albany’s Beacon Island Expansion site located at 340 River Rd, Glenmont, NY 12077. The project will include the installation of Owner supplied electrical equipment and components as outlined in the contract documents.
