Bulletin Desc: It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to make an award for Repair and Inspection of Marine Dry Dock Fire Boat to the Department of Fleet Services as specified herein during the contract period. All quotes must be submitted through PHL Contracts no later than 10:30 AM on the date that the related bid opens. Quotes will not be accepted after the bid opening. It is the seller's responsibility to make sure that the quote is submitted in a timely manner.
