THE PARISH WILL BE COORDINATING WITH THE STATE OF LA/OFFICE OF COMMUNTIY DEVELOPMENT IN THE USE OF HUD GRAND FUNDS FOR THESE PROJECTS. ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT IS THE ENGINEER'S EXPERIENCE WITH SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION RELATED TO DISABILITY ACCESS ADA STANDARDS AND COMPLETING DESIGN IN A TIMELY MANNER.
