Summary

Project Description: The existing plaza will be fully restored, which includes but is not limited to waterproofing, concrete decking, sub-grade interior repairs, landscaping, and adding one flagpole.

This Project is a Covered Project subject to the City of Seattle’s Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) and Priority Hire SMC 20.37. With the support of the mayor and City Council, the City of Seattle administers programs that support racial and economic equity through contracting. Priority Hire is one of these programs. Priority Hire provides people living in economically distressed communities, women, and people of color access to work on the city’s construction projects. It gives contractors access to these skilled workers

This is a MANDATORY pre-bid site inspection/walk for this project. All those that wish to bid on the project will need to attend one site walk.

Please meet at Seattle City Hall located at 600 4th Ave, Seattle, WA 98104. Please meet on the west side at the top of the grand stairway in the main lobby facing 5th Avenue. Please note that parking may be limited and will most likely require payment. If more than one person from the same entity is attending, we encourage carpooling where possible.
