Overview

Summary

The County makes no guarantee for an annual quantity of leachate. This contract is for leachate hauling and disposal services. Historically, the estimated annual amount of leachate is approximately 16,000,000 gallons. The vendor shall haul, treat, and dispose of an average of 340,000 gallons per week minimum when activated.

The vendor shall provide all leachate hauling services at and from the Landfill site during the following operating hours:

• • • • Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
      • Saturday and Sunday operating hours must be approved by the County Project Manager prior to proceeding.
