Bid Walk:	Tuesday, June 10, 2025, 10:30 AM The District will conduct a pre-bid jobsite inspection tour to familiarize prospective bidders with the project site and conditions. The inspection will be conducted on June 10, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Bidders/bid walk attendees (Attendees) shall comply with the Contra Costa County health orders. Attendees shall assemble at Lafayette Reservoir 3849 Mt. Diablo Blvd. Lafayette, CA 94549 (west side of the main Lafayette Reservoir dam parking area). This is the only time that the existing lift station will be open for inspection. The inspection will last approximately 2 hours. No photography by the Attendees will be allowed. The District will take photographs, as requested by the Attendees, restricted to the work zone. The District will release photographs to Attendees after the bid walk, pending review by the District. All Attendees are required to have a photo ID and sign a confidentiality agreement not to share, sell, or publish photos. The Prime Contractor and its subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend the jobsite inspection where a "sign-in" sheet will be provided. Estimated Cost:	$2,000,000 to $2,600,000
Description:	Furnish and replace approximately 600 feet of sanitary sewer gravity collection mains; furnish and install 1,300 feet of 6-inch HDPE force main; furnish and replace the underground sanitary sewer lift station with an aboveground lift station; and furnish and install 25kW backup generator, pad, and all related wiring and connections. Furnish and install a new radio tower and approximately 1,500 feet of conduit; and remove 100 feet of wood retaining wall and railing and furnish and install new concrete wall and wire railing.
