Description: Project Scope Clear Creek County is seeking a qualified firm to perform an ESA, ASTM Practice E1527-13: Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment Process on 45 mining claims/millsites in Steven's Gulch/Waldorf Basin. We are looking for availability and a cost estimate. Several maps are attached as is a list of the mining claims/millsites. Timing: Desire Assessment to be done as soon as possible as area is at an elevation where snow will stick on-the-ground soon.
