INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

CITYWIDE PAVEMENT MARKINGS PROJECT

Bids from vendors are due at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room #101, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 11:00 A.m.

Requests for Bid Specifications will be available to download on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at www.cityoflawrence.com/bids .

Bidders must submit a five percent 5% bid deposit with their bid. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Chapter 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. These contracts are subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates and OSHA Certification.

The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
