Description : The City of McAllen is soliciting electronic bids for ten (10) High Cube forty-foot storage units for the McAllen Convention Center.

Bid Opening : Sealed electronic bids addressed to Mr. Isaac J. Tawil, City Manager, will be received until Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., Central Daylight Time (CDT ) at which time they shall be publicly opened in a meeting held in McAllen City Hall, 2nd floor, Conference Room 2A.  Bid Opening is also available through Zoom Meeting at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83888062964?pwd=aiukrTff4R4RkQYVfSpR6xUirw3mNo.1 ; Call in number: +1 346 248 7799 US (Houston); Meeting ID: 838 8806 2964; Passcode:636612. The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bids considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty calendar ( 60 ) days without taking action.
