Dear Bidders,
We received the following questions regarding this bid: (answers in bold below)
Question about the exterior wall where the door is being removed and closed in. The bottom
half is wallpaper, and the top portion above the chair rail is speckled paint. Do you have a
specific vision for how you’d like that blended?
If you would like wallpaper there, do you happen to have any on hand? We usually try to get it
from the same dye lot so there’s no color or sheen difference.
- Wallpaper: I may have a saved piece of wallpaper that was removed from another area
on that floor. I am not sure if it can be reused or if it can be used for matching purposes,
but it is available.
- Trim: I have a couple of sections of chair rail that can be cut down and used in that area.
The mop board would need to be fabricated and stained to match the existing trim.
- Speckled Paint: If we can try to match the speckled paint, that would be ideal. An
alternative would be to paint that section a solid grey color that matches the grey in the
speckle paint.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
