The Little Rock School District is requesting SEALED bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide a Demolition at Southwest Junior High School

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and walk-thru for this project will be held on October 7, 2026, 32nd & Bryant Street Little Rock AR 72204 . This meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. All potential bidders must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a bid. Bid opening will be held on October 15, 2026 @ 2:00 pm. Contractors may view via Zoom.

Bidders may access complete electronic documents through the Southern Reprographics, Inc. Contact: the PRINTSHOP at Telephone: 501-372-4011 https://southernrepro.com/services/planroom.

· Printed sets may be obtained for a fee. Deposits are refundable up to 2 sets when sets are returned in good usable condition within 7 days after bid opening.

The complete invitation for bid documents are available online at https://lrsd.ionwave.net. Interested bidders must register at this site to download bid forms and submit a bid electronically. This is the required method of submission.

Bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in the Invitation for Bids.

AWARD

The contract will be awarded to the contractor, who submits the lowest most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within. Award will be based on those considerations which are in the best interest of the District.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities or formalities in any solicitation or bid responses. Price alone may not be the determining factor.

SCHEDULE

Contractor shall be prepared to begin work on this project upon Notice of Award. All work required for this project shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days . If the Contractor is unable to meet this deadline liquidated damages shall be assessed as specified herein .
