Remove and Replace Elevator System

Questions and Concerns received from Sui Genesis Design & Construction LLC on April 10, 2026.

1. The bid invitation states 120 Days Upon Receipt of Purchase Order for the Delivery Date but preparation

of the required permit drawings, the permit process, as well as the lead times will take more than a month

or two. Can the delivery date be adjusted or start upon receipt of the permit?

Response: See Amendment #2.

2. May we receive pdf’s of the as-built drawings of the facility to ascertain the elevator size, dimensions, etc.

for reference? It would be ideal to receive the elevator installation shop drawings.

Response: The hard copy of the as-built drawings is available for inspection at the General Services

Agency (GSA) office, located at Suite 230, 2nd Floor, ITC Building, Tamuning, during the hours of 8:00

AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

3. Are slight modifications to the door openings allowed to accommodate different lift car sizes in

consideration of ADA requirements?

Response: Bidders are responsible for ensuring compliance with all minimum requirements, including

any necessary modifications, if needed. However, no additional costs, adjustments, or change orders

will be permitted for work beyond the stated bid requirements.

Please Note: Follow-up/Clarification to the Questions and Concerns responses dated 4/22/2026 must

be submitted to the General Services Agency via email to bids@gsadoa.guam.gov no later than 5:00 PM,

Thursday, April 23, 2026.
