Request for Proposals - Criminal Case Intake and Disposition Portal

The State of Alaska, Department of Law (LAW) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the design, implementation, hosting, and support of a secure, web-based, bidirectional Criminal Case Intake and Disposition portal.

The Request for Proposals that details the requirements and scope of work for this project is attached to this posting, labeled "RFP 2026-0300-0290". Also attached are the Submittal Forms that are required as part of the proposal.

Proposals will be accepted by email to 03procurement@alaska.gov no later than 2:00 p.m. August 28th, 2026.  If you have any questions regarding this Request for Proposals, please send those in writing to 03procurement@alaska.gov, or call 907-465-4337.

NOTE: The original due date for proposals was August 14th, 2026. This was amended via Amendment 1, which is attached below.
