Scope of Services
1.        It is the intent of this Scope of Services to obtain proposals from pre-qualified construction management firms (CONTRACTOR) to provide construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for the construction of a new approximately 10,000 square foot building to be used by the COUNTY to serve as a community center. The building will be constructed on land presently owned by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners (COUNTY).

2.        The CMAR will provide all the required services to construct and deliver a complete and ready-to-use facility in accordance with the scope of services.
