Scope of Work: The City of Kenai requires comprehensive dumpster services for
various municipal facilities to ensure proper waste management and maintain
cleanliness for the fiscal years 2026 through 2028. This scope of work outlines the
requirements for collection, disposal, and container provision, including a provision for
annual inflation adjustments to the contract bid price.
